THE HOPE OF CHRIST IN OUR LIVES

It is always a special time of year when Christians around the world celebrate the Birth Of Jesus. When one looks at the absolute miracle that has been bestowed upon mankind by a GOD SO FULL OF LOVE THAT HE WOULD SEND HIS SON TO US, AND BE WILLING TO ULTIMATELY LET HIM DIE FOR OUR TRANSGRESSIONS….it is indeed Powerful LOVE ! It is this Love that truly sets Christianity apart from all other religions and spiritual beliefs. As Christians, OUR HOPE IS IN CHRIST ALONE ! It is Jesus who has provided “The Way” for us to become transformed and brought back into relationship with The Father. It is not a story of Self Adulation or Discovery, but rather a surrender in Obedience to be Reborn into the GRACE that Jesus gives us ! In ourselves, we are fallen into sin and indeed hopelessly lost, but in Christ, WE ARE A NEW CREATION. A new creation that allows us to find Hope and Redemption. A new creation that allows us to find an abiding place in Jesus where we may be consecrated in righteousness and holiness. Putting our trust and faith in Jesus to bring us through all the storms we face in our lives and truly find a Peace and Rest that the world alone simply does not offer. God’s message to us is uplifting and completes us as His Kingdom sons and daughters.

FOR I KNOW THE PLANS I HAVE FOR YOU, DECLARES THE LORD, PLANS FOR WELFARE AND NOT FOR EVIL, TO GIVE YOU A FUTURE AND A HOPE. Jeremiah 29;11

TO THEM GOD CHOSE TO MAKE KNOWN HOW GREAT AMONG THE GENTILES ARE THE RICHES OF THE GLORY OF THIS MYSTERY, WHICH IS CHRIST IN YOU, THE HOPE OF GLORY. Colossians 1:27

REJOICE IN HOPE, BE PATIENT IN TRIBULATION, BE CONSTANT IN PRAYER. Romans 12:12

The truth is that each of us have a multitude of challenges, decisions, and life occurrences that leave us searching for Hope ! It has been a challenging year for me from a health standpoint, and it has been like riding a roller coaster of maybe’s, what if’s, and the taste of uncertainty. Our family has a history of kidney issues, and it appears that I am going to have to embrace the challenge as well. It has some very frustrating and confusing moments, but I Have Trust And Hope That JESUS HAS THIS :) I am absolutely at PEACE that no matter the challenges, I AM HIS, and my life will always be ETERNALLY WITH HIM ! I’m sharing this, because HOPE is the most important thing that Jesus Gives To Us ! ETERNAL HOPE ! It is so comforting to know that all the things we face are never insurmountable when Jesus Abides In Us. We are free from despair and fear. We are alive in our Future With Christ !

LET US HOLD FAST THE CONFESSION OF OUR HOPE WITHOUT WAVERING, FOR HE WHO PROMISED IS FAITHFUL. Hebrews 10:23

YOU ARE MY HIDING PLACE AND MY SHIELD; I HOPE IN YOUR WORD. Psalm 119:114

BLESSED IS THE MAN WHO TRUSTS IN THE LORD, WHOSE TRUST IS THE LORD. Jeremiah 17:7

Indeed, the most important part of our lives is often the things that we put our trust in. It is so important to realize that JESUS IS THE WAY AND THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE ! Putting your trust in Him will make your life complete ! The ability to find JOY when our circumstances are difficult and challenging is not an easy accomplishment. Biblical history however should be a constant reminder that God is ALWAYS SEEING US AND HEARING US :) HE IS ABLE TO OVERCOME EVERYTHING ! The first people that God would seek out to illuminate the GLORY of His Son were mere Sheperds. The lowest of the low in those days. His Son…not born in a Palace Of Splendor, but instead, in a place where animals would find rest. Jesus didn’t come for Kings…He came for ALL MANKIND :) If you find yourself looking for Hope and so wanting to experience JOY…take the time to BE ATTENTIVE TO GOD IN YOUR LIFE. Are you giving Him time and focus ? Are your efforts filled with seeking Him and allowing Him to hear and answer your prayers ? It is so easy to focus on self and forget that Jesus came precisely for One Purpose. US. ME AND YOU. HE CAME TO RECONCILE US TO OUR CREATOR, AND BRING US LIFE IN ABUNDANCE ! May this be the season that YOU find the HOPE AND JOY that Jesus brings, and in HIM may you find PEACE !

THEREFORE. SINCE WE HAVE BEEN JUSTIFIED BY FAITH, WE HAVE PEACE WITH GOD THROUGH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. WE HAVE OBTAINED ACCESS THROUGH HIM BY FAITH INTO THIS GRACE IN WHICH WE STAND, AND WE BOAST IN THE HOPE OF THE GLORY OF GOD. AND NOT ONLY THAT, BUT WE ALSO BOAST IN OUR AFFLICTIONS, BECAUSE WE KNOW THAT AFFLICTION PRODUCES ENDURANCE, ENDURANCE PRODUCES PROVEN CHARACTER, AND PROVEN CHARACTER PRODUCES HOPE. THIS HOPE WILL NOT DISAPPOINT US, BECAUSE GOD’S LOVE HAS BEEN POURED OUT IN OUR HEARTS THROUGH HIS HOLY SPIRIT WHO WAS GIVEN TO US. Romans 5:1-5
