WHEN A REPROBATE MIND OVERTAKES A GODLY WORLD, MADNESS ENSUES

It is interesting to look at where our world is heading today. For most of my life I felt things were always on a path of improvement and that good things lay ahead for the people in my country, and also for the world. It is indeed a good and also sad thing that happens as one grows older. Age is a two edged sword. I see the incredible advances in some areas of life and also see a slow erosion in so many others. On the stage that is the world, there are many different ways to see things depending upon exactly where your vantage point is. Throughout history there has been an Absolute Truth of several things that seem to continually repeat themselves. As scripture makes clear, “There Is Nothing New Under the Sun.” Period. Before us today stand the same struggles and battles that have gone on since the creation of mankind. GOOD VERSUS EVIL. THE SENSELESS STRUGGLES FOR POWER, BRINGING IN WAR AND DEATH. POVERTY AND THE MISERY THAT GOES WITH IT. RELIGIOUS FERVOR THAT FORGETS GOD’S BASIC COMMANDMENTS: LOVING GOD, AND IMPORTANTLY YOUR NEIGHBOR ALSO ! TRIBALISM REPLACES DIGNITY WITH HATE AND DIVISION. This list could go on and on and still not be complete. Once you reach a certain age and have come to a place of seeing your own years left in your life becoming more precious and important, you begin to ask the simplest of questions. WHY ? Why does this insanity keep on evolving and never is addressed, corrected, and Settled ? At the very root of mankind I believe we find the “Answer.” It is called SIN. All mankind from Adam and Eve forward were born in Iniquity. Biblically, iniquity is defined as “ a violation of the right or duty that mankind is under an obligation to do, that is harmful or offensive to God and His Creation. “ It shows in the form of Immorality; breaking the law; wickedness; sowing hatred and division,; self importance and focus….and most assuredly a Rejection Of God And His Commandments And Character. It its All Around Us !

ALL WE LIKE SHEEP HAVE GONE ASTRAY; WE HAVE TURNED - EVERY ONE- TO HIS OWN WAY; AND THE LORD HAS LAID ON HIM THE INIQUITY OF US ALL. Isaiah 53:6

THE INIQUITIES OF THE WICKED ENSNARE HIM, AND HE IS HELD FAST IN THE CORDS OF HIS SIN. Proverbs 5:22

“IF YOU PREPARE YOUR HEART, YOU WILL STRETCH OUT YOUR HANDS TOWARD HIM. IF INIQUITY IS IN YOUR HAND, PUT IT FAR AWAY, AND LET NOT INJUSTICE DWEL IN YOUR TENTS. SURELY THEN YOU WILL LIFT UP YOUR FACE WITHOUT BLEMISH; YOU WILL BE SECURE AND WILL NOT FEAR. YOU WILL FORGET YOUR MISERY; YOU WILL REMEMBER IT AS WATERS THAT HAVE PASSED AWAY. AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE BRIGHTER THAN THE NOONDAY; ITS DARKNESS WILL BE LIKE THE MORNING. Job 11:13-20

The Clarity and Discernment as we become older is not a given by the way. It comes only to those that are willing, in my opinion, to die to self and surrender their life and throne to JESUS. Only in a relationship with Him will you be Reborn and Changed, moving from Iniquity, Flesh, and Sin to Confession, Repentance and Righteousness. The Salvation of Jesus moves you to the Lordship Of Jesus Over Your Life and ends with Citizenship In His Kingdom. As I wrote previously, it is an EXODUS from Sin and Worldliness into Christ and His Gift and Promises. I find it So Frustrating and Sad to see all the abject MADNESS that is engulfing mankind right now. Especially frustrating is to see it ushering confusion and division into the many churches that seemingly represent God and His Values. The wringing of hands and wailing of the Christian Community has reached a crescendo of fatigue and hopelessness. Weariness and frustration would like to press us down, BUT IT WILL NOT ! GOD IS WATCHING. HE HAS SEEN ALL OF THIS FROM THE BEGINNING AND “ HE IS IN CONTROL !” I can confidently say that THE NAME OF JESUS IS ALL POWERFUL, AND THE BLOOD OF JESUS WILL OVERCOME ALL EVIL AND DEATH. That is the STRENGTH AND HOPE that allows us to FEAR NOT ! For those who are in God, GOOD THINGS AWAIT. For the wicked, judgement and eternal suffering await. CAN THERE EVEN BE ANY DOUBT WHERE YOU WANT YOUR FEET AND YOUR HEART TO BE GROUNDED ? God MUST be your Foundation, not the world and it’s MADNESS. Time in The Word Of God will provide all the Truth and Answers WE NEED. Prayer and supplication to God will cement a relationship that is IMMOVABLE and COMPLETE IN EVERY WAY. It is His Promise to US.

I ACKNOWLEDGED MY SIN TO YOU, AND I DID NOT COVER MY INIQUITY; I SAID, “ I WILL CONFESS MY TRANSGRESSIONS TO THE LORD”, AND YOU FORGAVE THE INIQUITY OF MY SIN. Psalm 32:5

BECAUSE, IF YOU CONFESS WITH YOUR MOUTH THAT JESUS IS LORD AND BELIEVE IN YOUR HEART THAT GOD RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD, YOU WILL BE SAVED. Romans 10:9

FOR WITH THE HEART ONE BELIEVES AND IS JUSTIFIED, AND WITH THE MOUTH ONE CONFESSES AND IS SAVED. Romans 10:10

The times we are in should not be a surprise to us. The story of Mankind has been written from the very beginning. There are times when it seems frustrating that God allows time to move so slowly and the iniquity of man and the Evil of satan seem to always be present. God is Patient. He wants that Final Lost Sheep to Be His. Mankind embraced Sin, and as a result, for a time, satan has been in control of this realm. God also engages us with a standard of FREE WILL. He has always allowed us a choice, and countless times we have made the wrong ones. Listening to a podcast earlier from Steve Deace, the words he used struck me so clearly on just where we stand today. Rejection of God has only one outcome. MADNESS ! AND IT IS EVERYWHERE. SOCIETY, CULTURE, SCIENCE, RELIGION, MEDICINE, MONEY, RELATIONSHIPS….AND ESPECIALLY IDENTITY ! People have lost the very understanding of WHO CREATED THEM IN HIS IMAGE. It should not be a shock that Insanity and Madness can be the result of SIN. Throughout time the lust for Power and Control has coursed through the veins of men. Kings, Judges, Politicians, Religious Leaders, Simple People. All have succumbed to the Temptations. JOYFULLY, as a Follower Of Jesus, I have a different Path. It is Narrow. It takes Effort. It is Challenging and Beautiful. It Strengthens me and gives me Endurance and Hope. If you read my blog, you know THE WAY. Jesus leads to TRUTH AND LIFE. HE KNOCKS AND AWAITS YOUR ANSWER. This world is where you are presently, but where You Are Eternally Is Up To You And God. Time moves Forward, but there is a time when This World Will Meet Its End. Be Wise and Live In Him:). AND EVEN AS THEY REFUSED TO HAVE GOD IN THEIR KNOWLEDGE, GOD GAVE THEM UP TO A REPROBATE MIND, TO DO THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE NOT FITTING. Romans 1:28

THEY PROFESS THAT THEY KNOW GOD, BUT IN WORKS THEY DENY HIM, BEING ABOMINABLE , AND DISOBEDIENT, AND UNTO EVERY GOOD WORK REPROBATE. Titus 1:16

BUT THEY WHO WAIT FOR THE LORD SHALL RENEW THEIR STRENGTH; THEY SHALL MOUNT UP WITH WINGS LIKE EAGLES; THEY SHALL RUN AND NOT BE WEARY; THEY SHALL WALK AND NOT FAINT. Isaiah 40:31
