THE PATH OF HOLINESS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS IS FOUNDED IN GOD'S TRUTH !

I have spent the past seven days battling Covid. Again. It is my third round with this nasty virus, and I must admit, I am sick and tired of IT, and all the ridiculous damage it has done. Physical damage, emotional damage, financial damage, and maybe most of all, damage to TRUTH ! The division it has caused among people is disgusting. Hatred for everyone who thinks differently than “ i Do “ is becoming a sick reality. IT IS TIME TO STOP THIS BEHAVIOR AND START CARING ABOUT EACH OTHER !!! BUILDING UNITY, NOT DIVISION. In my time of feverishness, and aches and coughing, and all the rest, God made one thing abundantly clear. HE IS ALWAYS WITH ME :) What I heard Him telling me was this. “ Everything the World throws at you is Temporary. The things you experience in the World will never take you out of My Hands. The things you go through in the world will roil up your emotions. Anger, frustration, exhaustion, temptation, doubt, fear. Center Yourself In Me, and all these feelings will simply appear, and quickly fade away. Your entire Being MUST be walking in MY WAYS AND MY TRUTH. No surprise that my day today began with a podcast about just this very thing. BOW. Bards Of War. Scott Kesterson. Scott is a no nonsense Faith Warrior. To me, a seeker of God and Truth. Check Him Out, but don’t expect not to be challenged. His Podcast was on Ephesians 4:17. LIVING THE NEW LIFE IN CHRIST !

THEREFORE I SAY THIS AND TESTIFY IN THE LORD: YOU SHOULD NO LONGER LIVE AS THE GENTILES LIVE, IN THE FUTILITY OF THEIR THOUGHTS. THEY ARE DARKENED IN THEIR UNDERSTANDING , EXCLUDED FROM THE LIFE OF GOD, BECAUSE OF THE IGNORANCE THAT IS IN THEM AND BECAUSE OF THE HARDNESS OF THEIR HEARTS. THEY BECAME CALLOUS AND GAVE THEMSELVES OVER TO PROMISCUITY FOR THE PRACTICE OF EVERY KIND OF IMPURITY WITH A DESIRE FOR MORE AND MORE. BUT THAT IS NOT HOW YOU CAME TO KNOW CHRIST, ASSUMING YOU HEARD ABOUT HIM AND WERE TAUGHT BY HIM, AS THE TRUTH IS IN JESUS, TO TAKE OFF YOUR FORMER WAY OF LIFE, THE OLD SELF THAT IS CORRUPTED BY DECEITFUL DESIRES, TO BE RENEWED IN THE SPIRIT OF YOUR MINDS, AND TO PUT ON THE NEW SELF, THE ONE CREATED ACCORDING TO GOD’S LIKENESS IN RIGHTEOUSNESS AND PURITY OF THE TRUTH. Ephesians 4: 17-24

If we are interested in a life of TRULY WALKING AND BEING LIKE JESUS, WE HAVE A WHOLE LOT OF CHANGING TO DO ! I think a lot of “Christians” spend a lot of their time running away from that reality. Perhaps feeling God just asks to much. “I’m happy being saved, but I just can’t STOP SINNING because I DON”T WANT TO GIVE THOSE THINGS UP…..” The question is, are those things that we just can’t give up really any good for us ? Do they make us better people ? Do they sustain our bodies, our minds, our SPIRIT ? THE TRUTH IS THAT GOD WANTS TO SHOW US EVERYTHING THAT MAKES US BETTER PEOPLE ! Righteous, Moral, Good, Caring, Loving, Encouraging, Truth Seekers, Discerning, Wise, and Striving For Holiness as God’s Chosen Sons and Daughters. WE WALK A NARROW PATH< NOT A WIDE ONE.

LITTLE CHILDREN, LET NO ONE DECEIVE YOU. WHOEVER PRACTICES RIGHTEOUSNESS IS RIGHTEOUS, AS HE IS RIGHTEOUS. 1 John 3:7

BLESSED ARE THEY WHO OBSERVE JUSTICE, WHO DO RIGHTEOUSNESS AT ALL TIMES. Psalm 106:3

“BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO HUNGER AND THIRST FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS, FOR THEY SHALL BE SATISFIED. Matthew 5:6

SANCTIFY THEM IN THE TRUTH; YOUR WORD IS TRUTH. John 17:17

DO YOUR BEST TO PRESENT YOURSELF TO GOD AS ONE APPROVED, A WORKER WHO HAS NO NEED TO BE ASHAMED, RIGHTLY HANDLING THE WORD OF TRUTH. 2 Timothy 2:15

RIGHTEOUSNESS AND TRUTH ! Amazing how well they fit each other. Should we be surprised ? NO :) They are two of the most important pieces that we have as we don the ARMOR OF GOD. The Breastplate of Righteousness, and the Belt Of Truth. I am working on making them stronger Every Single Day, along with the rest of my armor. Brothers and Sisters, a storm of unrighteousness is roaring around us every single day. Truth has been hollowed out in the world and has no meaning. A battle is coming. Choose your side wisely, for there will be no fence sitting or lukewarm action. STAND, IN THE RANKS OF CHRIST THE KING AND SEEK TRUTH AND RIGHTEOUSNESS NOW. THE KING IS COMING ! PRAISE HIM/JAA

HE WHO WALKS RIGHTEOUSLY AND SPEAKS UPRIGHTLY, WHO DESPISED THE GAIN OF OPPRESSIONS, WHO SHAKES HIS HANDS, LEST THEY HOLD A BRIBE, WHO STOPS HIS EARS FROM HEARING OF BLOODSHED, AND SHUTS HIS EYES FROM LOOKING ON EVIL, HE WILL DWELL ON THE HEIGHTS; HIS PLACE OF DEFENSE WILL BE THE FORTRESSES OF ROCKS; HIS BREAD WILL BE GIVEN HIM; HIS WATER WILL BE SURE. YOUR EYES WILL BEHOLD THE KING IN HIS BEAUTY; THEY WILL SEE A LAND THAT STRETCHES AFAR. Isaiah 33: 15-17 AMEN !
