IS IT TIME TO REALIZE YOU ARE A HOLY PRIEST OF GOD AS A BELIEVER ?

As we enter the season of the Celebration Of Our Savior’s Birth, are you solid and settled in just who Jesus Is, and what your role is as a citizen in His Kingdom ? It is truly of Utmost Importance that we are secure in our IDENTITY and understand exactly who Jesus told us we are, and our path and purpose as we Abide in Him and He In Us ! When Jesus was born, only very few knew Just Who He Was. Jesus was and is Fully Man, and Fully God. God the father sent Him to the earth to Proclaim the Kingdom of God. In the process, Jesus grew up into manhood spending His time spreading the Word that He Had Come. He was the Messiah proclaimed throughout the Old Testament. He had come to earth to restore all of our relationships with God The Father. Jesus came to take on all our sin by dying on a cross in our place. Our Place ! You, and Me ! The amazing gift of Jesus, dying for our sins, then, miraculously being resurrected back to life, leaving us with the Holy Spirit to guide us and show us the Power and Authority of God. Showing His Disciples how to Proclaim The Gospel, and in that, command us to also go forth and Proclaim the Gospel, making disciples throughout the entire earth to all nations. CAN YOU SEE WHAT JESUS WANTS YOU TO BECOME ? Not a lukewarm believer who sits in a pew on Sundays or stays quiet on the sidelines and lets others Proclaim Him and do the heavy lifting. NO, HE WANTS ALL OF US TO PROCLAIM HIM. TO BE HIS HOLY PRIESTS:)

YOU YOURSELVES LIKE LIVING STONES ARE BEING BUILT UP AS A SPIRITUAL HOUSE, TO BE A HOLY PRIESTHOOD, TO OFFER SPIRITUAL SACRIFICES ACCEPTABLE TO GOD THROUGH JESUS CHRIST. 1 Peter 2:5

BUT YOU ARE A CHOSEN RACE, A ROYAL PRIESTHOOD, A HOLY NATION, A PEOPLE FOR HIS OWN POSSESSION, THAT YOU MAY PROCLAIM THE EXCELLENCIES OF HIM WHO CALLED YOU OUT OF THE DARKNESS INTO HIS MARVELOUS LIGHT. ONCE YOU WERE NOT A PEOPLE, BUT NOW YOU ARE GOD’S PEOPLE; ONCE YOU HAD NOT RECEIVED MERCY, BUT NOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MERCY. 1 Peter 2:9-10

THEREFORE BROTHERS, SINCE WE HAVE CONFIDENCE TO ENTER THE HOLY PLACES BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS, BY THE NEW AND LIVING WAY THAT HE OPENED FOR US THROUGH THE CURTAIN , THAT IS, THROUGH HIS FLESH , AND SINCE WE HAVE A GREAT PRIEST OVER THE HOUSE OF GOD, LET US DRAW NEAR WITH A TRUE HEART IN FULL ASSURANCE OF FAITH, WITH OUR HEARTS SPRINKLED CLEAN FROM AN EVIL CONSCIENCE AND OUR BODIES WASHED WITH PURE WATER. Hebrews 10:19-20

A Holy Priesthood. Do you see yourself as a Holy Priest ? If we abide in Christ and embrace Him as our Lord, Savior, and King through belief in the Gospel message, Scripture makes it clear that WE ARE PRIESTS ! And what is it that as Priests we must be and do ? WE ARE INVITED TO DRAW NEAR TO THE LORD; PRIESTS DISTINGUISH BETWEEN HOLY, CLEAN, AND UNCLEAN; PRIESTS WORK IN GOD”S HOUSE; JEUS IS OUR HIGH PRIEST AND WE ARE CREATED IN HIS IMAGE; PRIESTS ARE “SAINTS” IN GOD”S KINGDOM; WE ARE A STONE IN GOD”S HOUSE, THE PLACE WHERE HEAVEN AND EARTH MEET; WE LIVE AS GOD’S PRIESTS, FULL OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD, SHARING HIM AND HIS KINGDOM WITH OTHERS THAT THEY TOO MAY BECOME CLOSER TO GOD AND SPEAK HIS BLESSINGS AND TRUTH !

FOR WE KNOW, BROTHERS LOVED BY GOD , THAT HE HAS CHOSEN YOU. 1 Thessalonians 1:4

WHO SAVED US AND CALLED US TO A HOLY CALLING, NOT BECAUSE OF OUR WORKS BUT BECAUSE OF HIS OWN PURPOSE AND GRACE, WHICH HE GAVE US IN CHRIST JESUS BEFORE THE AGES BEGAN. 2 Timothy 1:9

THE PEOPLE WHOM I FORMED FOR MYSELF THAT THEY MIGHT DECLARE MY PRAISE. Isaiah 43:21

THROUGH HIM THEN LET US CONTINUALLY OFFER UP A SACRIFICE OF PRAISE TO GOD, THAT IS, THE FRUIT OF LIPS THAT ACKNOWLEDGE HIS NAME. Hebrews 13:15

May we wake up to the fact that a True Relationship with God is indeed way deeper than many may think. Our role in His Kingdom now and in the future will require much of us. Cleanliness, proclamation, being in His Presence continually, seeking His Ways and Wisdom, being present in His Grace while loving His commandments and instruction. SO MANY THINGS WE DO AS HIS ROYAL PRIESTHOOD ! Know that as a believer, this is your calling and duty. I implore you to seek Jesus and ask Him to show you and help you to know your IDENTITY IN HIM. We are called for SO MUCH, and know that the place that awaits you in HIS KINGDOM will be one of rewards that are hard to even fathom as a human. Our world is so ready to hear from us as believers. We are THE ONES that have the opportunity to Share The Gospel and Bring People To Christ. We have a Great Harvest of souls in front of us for His Kingdom. The Time Is Now to Embrace Our Priesthood ! MAY IT BE SO/ JAA

BLESSED AND HOLY IS THE ONE WHO SHARES IN THE FIRST RESURRECTION ! OVER SUCH THE SECOND DEATH HAS NO POWER, BUT THEY WILL BE PRIESTS OF GOD AND OF CHRIST, AND THEY WILL REIGN WITH HIM FOR A THOUSAND YEARS. Revelation 20:6
